SHIPPING & RETURNS
ORDER PROCESSING
Ready to ship pieces are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. Made to order pieces are processed and shipped within 1-2 weeks. After you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details. Once the order has shipped, you will get an additional email with the tracking number.
SHIPPING
USPS Priority delivery time is 1-3 business days. USPS Priority Mail Express delivery time is 1 business day. All packages require a signature upon delivery.
JxAllure is not responsible for unforeseen USPS delays during the transit of the package (weather, COVID-19, operations etc.). Please file a complaint with USPS Customer Support if your delivery was delayed.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
USPS Priority International delivery time is 6-10 business days. USPS Priority Express International delivery time is 3-5 business days. International shipments may be subject to duties and taxes upon delivery. We are not responsible for any additional charges incurred during transit. All duties and taxes must be paid by recipient. For more information on duties and taxes, please contact your local customs office.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
JxAllure is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Please ensure your address is correct. Incorrect addresses can cause lost packages.
If your package is lost in transit, this is the carrier's responsibility. In this case the customer should reach out to USPS directly. JxAllure shall in no way be required to issue a refund.
Upon inquiry, JxAllure will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
MISSED DELIVERY & UNCLAIMED PACKAGES
USPS will return the package to our location. Once your package is returned a customer service representative will personally contact you. Once confirmed that your package has arrived, you may choose to receive a full refund or reshipment.
REFUNDS, RETURNS & EXCHANGES
All sales are final. We are unable to process any refunds, returns or exchanges.
All items are packed with extra care and attention to ensure they arrive in the best condition. In the unlikely event that you receive a defective item or part of your order is incorrect, please notify us within 3 business days of receiving your package.
